THIS IS A FULLY ON-SITE ROLE

In this role, you will be a crucial member of our Cybersecurity Engineering and Red Team, tasked with safeguarding a vast enterprise network. You will engage with diverse technical teams and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include acting as a security consultant and utilizing your expertise to ensure robust analysis, design, configuration, and monitoring of our network and cloud environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage security measures to protect systems, infrastructure, data, and security platforms.
• Contribute significantly to the Data Security Program by engineering, deploying, configuring, and managing data security technologies and classification systems.
• Serve as a security advisor for various ad-hoc projects driven by business and IT developments.
• Support security engineering efforts across various platforms such as SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Evaluate and implement new security technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in security engineering within a large, dynamic enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing a wide range of security solutions, including DLP, CASB, SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and MDM.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams on DevSecOps initiatives, including code scanning and reviews.
• Strong engineering, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to identify and resolve issues.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and advance as a security professional.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, security process engineering, and operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and emerging trends.

Highly Desired (but not required):

• Experience with Microsoft cloud security technologies such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Cloud, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Expertise in designing, configuring, and maintaining web application firewalls and networking technologies.
• Security engineering experience with common cybersecurity platforms and solutions such as SIEM, EDR, and Vulnerability Management.
• Strong understanding of the DevSecOps pipeline and related security components like SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, Security , CySA , SSCP, ISSEP, or ISSAP.
