Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources.
- Develop and implement statistical models and forecasting techniques to identify trends and patterns.
- Create compelling data visualizations (charts, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve business processes and performance.
- Stay current with the latest data analysis tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with SQL queries and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical modeling and analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) a plus.
