Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Optimization (33%):
- Ensure optimal CRM functionality and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to meet business needs through Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Utilize email marketing and workflow tools like Click Dimensions and MS Power Automate.
- Coordinate with IT for system changes and stay updated on industry trends.
Power BI Reporting (33%):
- Develop scalable Power BI dashboards.
- Identify reporting requirements and lead information gathering.
- Maintain documentation of data models and reports.
Support & Training (33%):
- Provide primary support for end users and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for consistent data entry practices.
Requirements:
- 5 years with Dynamics 365, Power Platform Developer, or Power BI; 3 years in management.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 tools and best practices.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS, business, or related field.
