The primary role involves managing and organizing customer credit data, processing customer credit applications, and monitoring customer credit accounts. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly• Respond to and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner• Monitor customer credit accounts and take timely action to collect delinquent payments• Utilize '10 Key Skills' to perform calculations and manage data entry tasks• Provide excellent customer service and handle email correspondence professionally• Organize files and documents systematically for easy retrieval• Operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage, analyze, and present data• Perform scanning and typing tasks as required• Adhere to all data entry guidelines and maintain high levels of accuracy
