Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Input timesheets into the database and ensure all entries are accurate.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies to maintain the integrity of data.
- Uphold the confidentiality and security of all data entered.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Utilize software tools and resources effectively to enhance productivity.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
- Review timesheets and ensure they are correctly entered into the system.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling queries related to data entry.
- Possess a minimum of one year experience in a data entry role
- Proficient in data entry and numeric data entry
- Ability to perform high-volume data entry with accuracy
- Typing speed exceeding 60 words per minute
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic office skills including filing, sorting, and handling incoming calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrable ability to operate computer data entry programs and software
- Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
