Responsibilities:
• Provide tier-one technical support and guidance to internal and remote users.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources.
• Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Configure and manage users’ network accounts.
• Troubleshoot and develop solutions to hardware and software configuration errors.
• Deploy, repair, and maintain users’ machines.
• Maintain file shares and file share permissions.
• Troubleshoot telephone issues
• Create and maintain account in AD
Skills/Qualifications:
• Associate degree or completion of a certification in an IT related discipline with 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting computer software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of Apple’s and Android mobile platforms.
• Experience with Windows 10.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Email Administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of various email protocols.
• Understanding and interest in technology security best practices.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and/or DHCP.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Work experience on an IT support helpdesk
Schedule
• On-site • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
