RequirementsProven experience in a desktop support role with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Hands-on experience with system imaging and deployment tools. Proficiency in supporting Office 365 applications and services. Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified detail oriented) are a plus.
