DescriptionThis role primarily involves driving sales growth, creating continued insurance business from small and medium-sized enterprises, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities involve strategizing business development initiatives and marketing campaigns, lead generation through various channels, client consultation to assess their insurance needs, and tracking market competitors. Performance will be measured based on achievement of annual sales targets, generation of new business, and client-related revenue.
RequirementsRequirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, four years of experience in life insurance policy administration, a valid life insurance license, and advanced negotiation and sales experience. Essential skills include leadership, communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving. The role also requires an estimated 25-30% travel.
