Exciting opportunity for top notch Finance Director of Technical Accounting with a growing publicly traded company in the technology manufacturing sector.

Assist in accurate and timely public filings, such as Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Annual Proxy Statement, and quarterly earnings releases.

Assist in substantive financial audit and internal controls audit.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants.

Prepare accounting memoranda for complex or unusual transactions.

Prepare reports and analysis as needed by executive management (CFO, CEO, Board).

Other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA with at least 4 years public accounting experience combined with 5 years SEC Reporting Experience.

Master of Accountancy highly preferred, MBA desirable.

Robust knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting, and experience preparing and/or reviewing SEC filings or similar quarterly/annual reports.

Financial statement consolidation experience required.

Fluency in taxation (US and international) required.

Application of ASC 606 in a manufacturing company required.

Experience with SAP highly desirable.

Cost accounting (including transfer pricing, elimination analysis) highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced MS Excel and database tools skills are required.

Ability to mentor staff accountants.

Attention to detail and ability to perform diligent, analytical, and meticulous financial analysis.

Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Effective written and verbal English communication skills. Bilingual Mandarin language skills are a huge plus!
