Responsibilities: • Leading and overseeing all finance and general day-to-day operations and human resources functions • Implementing and refining accounting functions for optimal efficiency• Accounts payable/accounts receivable, billing, payroll • Conducting auditing processes to ensure financial transparency and compliance • Developing and managing budget processes to align with company objectives • Performing cash flow analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions • Utilizing QuickBooks Online for financial management and reporting • Ensuring tech-savvy solutions are implemented across finance operations.
