Job Type: Direct-Hire/Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Robert Half has partnered with a well-known manufacturer located in central Connecticut in their search for an HR Director to oversee their current HR team. This is full-time role with excellent benefits and work life balance. Local travel is required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage HR systems
- Lead the administration of employee benefits functions and ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Stay updated on HR trends and employment legislation to ensure the company's compliance.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Implement and manage various HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Previous experience in HR Administration or HR Management
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred
- Experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures
- Expertise in ensuring HR Compliance and maintaining Employee Relations
