We are on the lookout for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information on our products and services, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining our customer database and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.Responsibilities:• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to service customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services• Handle new customer enrollment and manage repeat order opportunities• Identify the reasons for customer requests and use our systems to document and route calls for follow-up• Resolve customer inquiries at the point of contact whenever possible• Maintain and update all pertinent customer records in our systems• Establish and maintain knowledge of our policies, procedures, and skills needed to perform your duties• Demonstrate proficiency in our product offerings • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers• Use your knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications and systems to carry out your duties• Support the department's leadership team in achieving departmental goals through task completion and continued training• Be flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position, which may include working nights and weekends.
