The role is centered around data reporting analysis, where the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing work flows and understanding policies, procedures and constraints in the Access and Revenue business areas supported by the EPIC application. This role requires in-depth investigation and documentation of business operational specifications and application functionality.Responsibilities:• Analyze work flows within Access and Revenue business areas supported by the EPIC application• Understand and interpret policies, procedures, and constraints related to the business areas• Perform in-depth investigation and documentation of business operational specifications• Participate in the application build, test, and support stages• Maintain knowledge and skills related to specific EPIC products• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintain precise customer credit records and resolve customer credit inquiries• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Utilize skills such as Workflow Analysis, understanding of Clinical policies and procedures, and proficiency in Epic Application, Certified Epic, EPIC Resolute, Epic Hospital Billing, and EHR SYSTEM.
