Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a proactive and experienced ESG Analyst/Manager in Atlanta, Georgia to support our client’s sustainability initiatives and reporting requirements. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely provision of information to their CPA firm, as well as in facilitating efficient meeting and task management. This role involves supporting the implementation of sustainability strategies and projects in line with the company's mission and values. You will be responsible for proactively gathering necessary information to support ESG reporting and other sustainability-related tasks, minimizing the time spent by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP) are mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of CSRD/ESRS (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive/European Sustainability Reporting Standard).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be able to a hybrid schedule.
