We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator in the Financial Services industry. Based in New York, this role focuses on the overall management and execution of client events. While the majority of the role can be performed remotely, occasional in-person meetings in New York will be required. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Coordinate the planning and execution of client events• Manage event registration and maintain updated attendee lists• Act as a liaison with transportation vendors for event travel arrangements• Undertake extensive outreach to gather necessary attendee information• Ensure all event details are up-to-date and communicated to all relevant parties• Oversee the production of event collateral, such as PowerPoint presentations and attendee books• Collaborate with an external graphic designer for design needs• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions• Ensure all event activities adhere to budget processes• Manage event-related logistics, including catering and venue arrangements.
