Robert Half has partnered with a growing healthcare client to fill a full-time contract to hire Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the C-suite executives as well as oversee office operations and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, flexible, and ready to start immediately. Responsibilities
Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO
Manage invoices, journal entries, and month-end reconciliations
Process bi-weekly payroll, commissions, and 1099s
Coordinate budget reports for various departments
Assist with HR and general office duties
Requirements
Associate's degree (minimum) and Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel
Detail-oriented and self-managed
