We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a non-profit organization located in Newport News, Virginia. This role involves providing support to Spanish speaking families enrolled in specific programs, setting and achieving goals, screening and assessing child and maternal health/mental health, and identifying and connecting families to community resources. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide parenting support and education to Spanish speaking families• Help families set and achieve their goals• Introduce curriculum to families• Monitor child development and screen for developmental delays• Engage fathers and father figures in support services• Identify family needs and connect families to community resources• Follow up on referrals• Complete written reports and perform data entry• Translate conversations and documents as needed.
