The short-term contract / temporary Project Assistant role will be based in El Segundo, California.Responsibilities- Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records- Supporting Project Managers and maintaining project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications- Distributing project information to key partners- Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete- Supporting project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support- Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations- Conducting research online for information- Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events
