The Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and support the company's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
- prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and financial statements
- develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances
Data Management
- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to inform business strategies
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems
Strategic Planning
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial feasibility studies and risk assessments
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmark
- Analyze competitor financial performance and market positioning
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to achieve financial objectives
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standard
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications is a plus

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
