Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Compare actual results with forecasts, budgets, and previous periods, and provide variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
