Boutique Litigation Firm in Portland is seeking a Firm Administrator/Operations Manager as they continue to grow their practice. The successful candidate will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by managing and overseeing various areas including HR/benefits, accounting and finance, vendor management, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the firm's overhead, managing vendors, office supplies and processing employee reimbursements.
• Human resources management including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Manage the overall financial aspects of the firm, including billing, accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and providing continuous financial reporting.
• Facilitate payroll, manage 401(k) and benefits, and track bar dues and CLEs.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a law office management role.
• Strong financial management and reporting skills.
• Exceptional ability to oversee diverse operational facets in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay range and compensation package:
