The Role

The General Manager will manage the organisation's business activities and operations globally, through developing and integrating comprehensive business strategies to meet organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth, allocate budget resources, and oversee business operations.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize costs while assessing and improving operational and financial performance.
• Create overall strategies, establish policies and processes, and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Engage with vendors, hire and train employees, identify business opportunities, and maintain client relationships.
• Enhance organizational efficiency, drive sales, increase revenue, and identify growth opportunities to achieve overall objectives.

Your Profile:

To be successful in this role, suitable candidates will demonstrate:

• Prior Experience working in General Manager/COO or similar Executive role.
• Deep industry knowledge of CFD Trading is essential for this role.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and functions (HR, Operations, Finance).
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
