This role involves performing both quantitative and qualitative analyses, building contract models, and auditing claim payments within the healthcare revenue cycle. The position requires a broad understanding of revenue cycle processes, medical revenue components, and budget modeling.Responsibilities:• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses relating to healthcare finances.• Build and maintain contract models to improve the financial efficiency of the organization.• Conduct audits of claim payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.• Maintain the Charge Master and implement pricing changes as necessary.• Consult on business processes to optimize financial operations.• Manage annual budget figures and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.• Identify opportunities for pricing and contracting to maximize revenue.• Analyze payor risk contract reports to mitigate financial risks.• Develop work documentation to ensure transparency and consistency in financial processes.• Mentor teammates and establish standard work procedures when necessary.
