Responsibilities
- Work closely with service delivery for hardware and software purchasing, as well as user device purchasing and asset management.
- Administer the acquisition, storage, distribution, and disposal of IT assets.
- Produce and analyze registers and histories of authorized assets.
- Respond promptly to support requests, providing information to enable incident resolution.
- Allocate unresolved tickets appropriately and ensure there are no unauthorized assets in use.
- Use Google Suite, Active Directory, and other IT tools to manage and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain an organized system for managing a ticket queue in ServiceNow.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to address IT issues.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Active Directory
- Proficiency in using Google Suite
- Demonstrate understanding and experience with PC Hardware
- Ability to perform Password Reset
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with other IT staff and users
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Must have good organizational skills to prioritize workload
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and attentive to detail
- Willingness to stay updated with system information, changes and updates
