Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Use Citrix Technologies to address user needs and ensure effective operation of systems and programs.
- Employ your skills in Database Management to maintain and improve our existing systems.
- Use EO/IR systems to identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems.
- Utilize Lotus Notes for effective communication and organization within the team.
- Leverage your familiarity with Microsoft Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation tasks.
- Apply your knowledge of Active Directory to manage network access and ensure security.
- Use your expertise in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
- Apply Configuration Management techniques to improve system reliability and performance.
- Provide Deskside Support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Use your knowledge of Desktop Hardware to install, update, and maintain hardware components.
- Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required
- Experience in handling database systems
- Knowledge of EO/IR systems is a must
- Familiarity with Lotus Notes is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required
- Experience with Active Directory is needed
- Proficient in Computer Hardware systems
- Ability to perform Configuration Management tasks
- Experience in Deskside Support role is preferred
- Understanding of Desktop Hardware is necessary
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
