Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related issues and inquiries• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software• Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and access controls• Provide support for various technologies including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Azure Active Directory• Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing customer inquiries• Collaborate with the team to manage and resolve more complex IT issues• Handle the setup, configuration, and deployment of Apple Devices and Computer Hardware• Regularly update customer records in the database and ensure their accuracy• Stay updated with the latest technologies and apply this knowledge in resolving IT issues• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of EO/IR systems.
