HR Coordinator (f/m/x) - We are looking for a HR Coordinator (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in Munich.
For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Your Responsibilities as HR Coordinator (f/m/x)
  • Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting and retention to offboarding
  • Responsible for "Early Careers" Recruiting
  • Organisation of career events for the internship program
  • Administrative HR work
  • Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks
  • Responsible for a smooth onboarding process
  • Absence management
  • Support of employees in all matters
  • Support with preparational payroll
Your Qualification And Skills
  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resource management, social sciences, psychology or commercial training
  • First professional experiences in Human Resources
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
  • Experience in planning and executing events
  • Experiences with HCM-systems (for example Workday or Personio)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)
