We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist in Memphis, Tennessee, 38116, United States. The selected candidate will be part of a team that manages human resources initiatives, follows policies and procedures, handles employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, and employee safety. The role also involves executing all talent acquisition for the site and providing employee relations support. Responsibilities
Execute all talent acquisition for the site including recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
Provide employee relations support including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counselling
Assist in implementing HR functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, training, and employee services
Assist management in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation activities
Assist in conducting training for employees on a variety of issues including performance management, diversity, and more
Responsible for all benefit administration, electronic employee file management, data metrics, training, and general HR administration
Monitor site Absentee program and coordinate with supervisors for appropriate discipline administration
Execute Salaried Payroll in ADP Bi-Weekly
Perform all record audits, documenting HR Processes and mandatory reports Skills
