The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR data management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits and handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations through counseling and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle HR data management, including maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of HR experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
- Works well with a team.
