Robert Half is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Harrisburg, PA
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software systems.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with the annual compensation review process and benchmarking analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
