Robert Half is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Harrisburg, PA

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with management to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth operations across all HR functions. Previous experience in HR in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software systems.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with the annual compensation review process and benchmarking analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
