We offer an exciting opportunity for those with a strong understanding of ADP human resources systems and other related skills.Responsibilities:Proficient in ADP human resources systemsUse effective recruiting and staffing techniquesCoordinate employee benefits including health and 401K plansManage compliance and confidentiality in employee recordsProcess internal transfers and promotions for employeesConsult with supervisors on employee relationsPrepare EEO and other related reportsConduct exit interviews and terminations alongside Personnel DirectorEnsure company compliance with Federal, State laws and OSHA regulationsIdentify and organize training programs to improve employee skills
