Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to welcoming new team members.
- Design onboarding experiences that seamlessly integrate new hires into the team.
- Manage employee benefits programs and leave policies to support team members through different life stages and breaks.
- Promote employee engagement and retention, contributing to a workplace that encourages professional growth and team solidarity.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations to maintain the integrity of our operations.
- Use HRMS and other software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and About Time for efficient HR operations.
- Administer various HR functions such as compensation administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS systems
- Ability to use About Time software
- Expertise in Benefit Functions
- Experience in Compensation Administration
- Strong understanding of Compliance requirements within the legal industry
- Proven track record in Employee Relations
- Prior experience in a similar HR Generalist role within the legal industry
