This role offers the opportunity to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues, providing prompt and accurate responses.- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee information.- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
