Key Responsibilities

- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues.
- Manage and track leave balances and usage.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
- HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address HR inquiries.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
