Robert Half is Hiring a HR Recruiter Near Piedmont, SC

DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit industry, based in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role is fully remote and involves managing the hiring processes, documentation, and full cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel for various HR tasks.
  • Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Manage benefit functions for employees and potential hires.
  • Handle all aspects of corporate recruiting.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes.
  • Maintain and update records about time using the 'About Time' system.
  • Ensure all hiring processes and documentation are compliant with industry standards.
  • Utilize recruiting skills to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Implement strategies to source candidates through online job postings and social media.
  • Use ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for tracking applications and maintaining candidate data.
Requirements
  • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Expertise in using Careerbuilder for recruitment
  • Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Ability to conduct effective Background Checks
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the non-profit sector
  • Strong Documentation skills
  • Understanding of Hiring Processes in the non-profit industry
  • Experience in Corporate Recruiting
  • Familiarity with Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Proven track record in recruiting for non-profit organizations.
