Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies that effectively cover all positions within the company.
- Establish relationships with external partners such as schools, trade centers, and professional organizations to widen our talent pool.
- Identify and utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, external opportunities, and employee referral bonus programs.
- Manage applicants effectively through the onboarding process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Screen resumes and refer qualified applicants to managers for further review.
- Proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies and tools
- Experience with applicant screening and interviewing
- Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems for efficient management of candidate data
- Ability to screen applicants effectively to match the job requirements
- Experience in planning and executing recruiting activities
