We are offering a contract for a HR Reporting Analyst position in San Francisco, California. This is mostly a remote role but looking for someone who lives in the SF Bay Area for rare on-site meetings. In this role, you will be expected to design, manage, and maintain comprehensive HR reports, as well as educate users on self-service reporting. You will also be responsible for analyzing data trends and maintaining HR data integrity. This position requires specific systems proficiency in Workday and ADP Workforce Now, among others.Responsibilities:• Develop and enforce standards for HR reporting to ensure data consistency, quality, and security.• Collaborate with global HR/HRIS teams to ensure uniform system usage across different regions.• Liaise with various business functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, etc. to drive consistency in the use of HR data in business metrics.• Troubleshoot HR data issues, collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.• Analyze data trends, identify issues proactively, and provide actionable insights for key HR functions.• Educate users on the benefits of self-service reporting, using training approaches to improve engagement and understanding.• Design, document, and manage comprehensive HR reports to ensure data accuracy across systems.• Maintain accuracy in customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
