DescriptionOur client is seeking a detail-orientated and highly organized HR Coordinator to join their fast-paced team. This role plays a major part in the immediate success of our client's business operations by assisting with all aspects of human resources. The HR Coordinator position involves performing various administrative tasks and providing support to the human resources department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
RequirementsResponsibilities: Implement and coordinate HR programs within the company. Oversee maintenance and updates of employee records. Assist recruiters with resume screening and interview scheduling. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including setting up email, granting system access, and coordinating training. Create, manage, and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices. Familiarity with social media recruiting. Understanding of HR software and Microsoft Office (knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus). Strong ability in using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, in particular). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
