Robert Half is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Eugene, OR

DescriptionWe are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in EUGENE, Oregon. This role primarily involves managing human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in our organization.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the HR department's administrative needs, including employee filing and record keeping
  • Assist in posting job vacancies and managing the recruitment process
  • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition
  • Handle status changes in ADP and ensure they are accurately recorded
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data
  • Route teams to relevant policies or direct them to the correct staff members as required
  • Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and 'About Time' for various HR functions
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage employee relations effectively.
Requirements
  • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experienced in using ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a plus
  • Prior experience with Ceridian software
  • Ability to use HRMS for various HR tasks
  • Familiarity with About Time software
  • Capable of handling Benefit Functions for employees
  • Experience in Compensation Administration
  • Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
  • Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively and professionally
