Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HR department's administrative needs, including employee filing and record keeping
- Assist in posting job vacancies and managing the recruitment process
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Handle status changes in ADP and ensure they are accurately recorded
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data
- Route teams to relevant policies or direct them to the correct staff members as required
- Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and 'About Time' for various HR functions
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage employee relations effectively.
- Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
- Experienced in using ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a plus
- Prior experience with Ceridian software
- Ability to use HRMS for various HR tasks
- Familiarity with About Time software
- Capable of handling Benefit Functions for employees
- Experience in Compensation Administration
- Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
- Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively and professionally
