Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist with 4 years of expertise in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and developing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting an hourly/manufacturing workforce and a proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in consulting and supporting multiple clients is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution. Address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and update company policies to reflect current legislation.
• Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Communicate policies to employees and provide training as necessary.
• Employee Relations: Support hourly/manufacturing workforce by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Consulting Support: Provide HR consulting services to multiple clients, offering expertise and guidance on HR best practices, policy development, and employee relations.
• Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple HR functions and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
