Responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business strategy• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human personnel• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance• Reporting on and managing recruitment and selection processes• Conducting onboarding and training procedures• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management and staying up-to-date with the latest HR federal and state laws• Developing and administering compensation and benefits plans• Addressing employee grievances and solving problems to maintain overall employee job satisfaction• Promoting a positive and open work environment where every employee feels comfortable, respected, and listened toKey skills:• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time• Experience in Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
