As an HR Assistant for a thriving hospitality company in the Quad Cities, you will provide direct support for their HR team. This short-term contract engagement is an excellent way to build your resume and network with a well-respected company! Day to Day Responsibilities:Streamlining the onboarding process for new hires, such as: managing I9s, filing and scanning personal documents, and meticulously ensuring the new hire checklist is followed.Efficiently processing and entering data for a variety of HR documents.Assisting in recruitment processes, including scanning through resumes, coordinating interviews, and occasionally participating in interview processes.Carefully filing and duplicating necessary documents.Providing general assistance and support to the larger HR team.
