Responsibilities:
• Assist in the on-boarding process of new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Schedule interviews and maintain a well-organized schedule for the Human Resources department.
• Update and maintain compliance records to ensure all procedures are up to date and in line with regulations.
• Assist in transitioning the department to a paperless environment using ADP.
• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now.
• Contribute to Compensation Administration and Employee Relations initiatives.
• Leverage AI experience to optimize administrative processes within the department.
• Ensure all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
