Robert Half is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Assistant Near Covington, KY

We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to be part of our team in Kentucky. This role involves supporting our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks such as on-boarding new employees, scheduling interviews, and maintaining compliance updates. The role also involves assisting in the transition towards a paperless environment using ADP.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the on-boarding process of new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

• Schedule interviews and maintain a well-organized schedule for the Human Resources department.

• Update and maintain compliance records to ensure all procedures are up to date and in line with regulations.

• Assist in transitioning the department to a paperless environment using ADP.

• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now.

• Contribute to Compensation Administration and Employee Relations initiatives.

• Leverage AI experience to optimize administrative processes within the department.

• Ensure all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now software
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian software
• Knowledge of HRMS and About Time systems
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
• Understanding of Compliance requirements in a HR context
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work full time hours, Monday through Friday.
