This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed• Support HR department with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases• Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents and reports• Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures• Assist with employee inquiries and provide relevant information• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations.
