Robert Half is Hiring a Human Resources (HR) Manager Near Latrobe, PA

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Oversee all HR operations across the two plants, ensuring consistency in the implementation of company policies and procedures.2. Lead HR practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.3. Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee recognition, company events, and benefits plans.4. Liaise with plant managers and other senior management members to understand their HR needs and find ways to meet them effectively.5. Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies. Prepare reports for the senior management of the company.6. Manage employee services such as health and safety programs, legal compliance, job descriptions, and job evaluations.7. Conduct and supervise recruitment and selection processes, and coordinate employee development and training programs.8. Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.9. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.10. Support staff with the monitor of individual performance and development plans.11. Guide managers on performance appraisal and career development strategies.
