Our client is moving up and looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in Whites Creek, Tennessee. The job is a contract role and the position is on-site. Responsibilities:• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment• Oversee the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes • Handle and resolve unemployment claims effectively • Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations• Manage HR compliance processes, including Learning Management System (LMS) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements• Administer workers' compensation claims and processes• Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically with Paycom • Serve as a backup for payroll processes when necessary.
