We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for an organization in the Lake Country, WI area. This role involves overseeing labor relations, benefits administration, and employee relations. The HR Manager will also be tasked with establishing a harmonious workplace environment while liaising directly with labor unions and implementing comprehensive benefits programs.Responsibilities:• Develop and manage labor relations strategies, maintaining positive relationships with unions and mediating in any disputes.• Oversee collective bargaining agreement negotiations, including comprehensive contract review, updates, mediation, and resolution of conflicts.• Administer employee benefits programs, addressing employee questions or concerns and ensuring seamless benefits delivery and communication.• Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to address workplace grievances or policy violations.• Participate in strategic decision-making, talent management, and other organizational development initiatives.• Foster a positive work environment, focusing on employee engagement, satisfaction, and workplace harmony.• Handle various aspects of labor relations, benefits administration, and employee relations.• Maintain an understanding of union contracts and handle union grievances effectively.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
