Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

This HR Operations Analyst serves a critical role in supporting the HR function by ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the entire human resources function
- Analyze data, optimize processes, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making

- Prepare metrics and presentations for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
- 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
