Our client is confidentially seeking an experienced attorney to join their inhouse legal team in the Alpharetta/Rosswell, GA area north of Atlanta, GA. This role will focus on US contract reviews, redlining, negotiation, drafting, plus employment law advice. An ideal candidate will have strong skills in Commercial Contracts, Contract Law, Contract Negotiation, Reviewing Contracts, and Employment Law.• Review, negotiate, and draft a broad range of commercial contracts• Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment law matters• Assist in the resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of contract-related matters• Provide legal advice on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for specific cases and present findings to senior management• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
