Responsibilities
- Audit daily revenues from all hotel departments and verify their accuracy.
- Reconcile revenue postings to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare daily revenue reports to keep track of the hotel's income.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile revenue reports from various systems such as Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS).
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of cash handling procedures to ensure proper management of funds.
- Collaborate with front office and Food & Beverage departments to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and information.
- Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, Audit, Income Tax Audits, and Data reporting to analyze revenues.
